Well most dogs are pretty playful lol.

anyone out there own an ABBB (alapaha blue blood bulldog) ?

I'm not sure if the majority of DF members have heard of the ABBB... certainly there are none here that own one (to my knowledge, anyway). Sorry I can't be of more help.
since they are in the bulldog family I'd imagine they are probably very playful
My SO's boss had one. He was really sweet. Just be aware that they need a lot of training and socialization....they introduced theirs to a new Yorkie and left them alone together...it didn't end up well for the Yorkie unfortunately. But this can happen with any dog.
