Hi, my Irish Terrier was spade 20 months ago , 5 months after having pups. Since then she has become aggressive towards some other dogs despite being on calming medication for an hormonal inbalance Is there anything more we can do?

It is likely she just doesn't LIKE other dogs. A lot of bitches do NOT like other dogs. This is less likely hormones and more likely just her genetic personality.

Very simple to fix.. do not expect her to like other dogs. Keep her away from other dogs.

Thanks, what’s confusing is she wasn’t like it before she had pups, which made us think it could be hormonal

I don't know if there's anything you can do about it, but I have heard of spaying occasionally making a bitch more aggressive. Has her thyroid been tested? A complete thyroid panel, not just the couple things often included in general blood work. Low thyroid can also turn a dog aggressive.
