I was at the vet's tonight and I had said something about a heartworm test and the girl asked if I had ever heard of Advantage Multi. It is used for fleas, worms and it's used as a heartworm preventative. I have always used Frontline Plus and gotten a heartworm test every year, so I like the idea of an all in one, but I would like opinions before I spend the money on it.

Advantage Multi is not a pill. It is a topical applied like you would Frontline or Advantage flea products.

Here is a link with information. This product does not do ticks.

Advantage Multi is a spot-on like regular Advantage. But there IS a monthly flea pill called Comfortis. Also Capstar, which is similar to Comfortis but only works for 24 hours.
