You may want to bring this up to your vet, sounds like he may be having seizures in his sleep...
That's exactly what happened to my dog, she started out with only small seizures in her face but they turned in to grand mals in a matter of weeks. If nothing else, the vet will put your mind at ease and say it's not a seizure, just something strange he does.Yeah. It's not that long ago that his seizures were hardly noticeable, they were so tiny. A few months ago he had a little accident which left him unconscious for a few minutes, and about a month after that he had his first "real" seizure. So, I guess his epilepsy might be evolving a little.
