A need to adjust feeding time?

Well again I could not sleep. At about AM. I could hear Choca walking into the kitchen, and then walk out a short time later. When I got up at about 2:10 AM. and walked into the kitchen I stepped in something, that something dog poo. Below is the feeding/restroom

4-7AM- Get up, outdoor time

3-4PM-Outdoor time

6-7PM-feeding time

6-7PM-Outdoor time

**Times given are the times between of what might be done. EXP: 6-PM may mean something is done at 6:30-6:40PM**

That's sounds perfectly reasonable, exept for the lack of a "last call." If the last time I went to the bathroom before bed was 6pm, you better believe I'd be up in the middle of the night, too. I wouldn't adjust the feeding so much as I'd adjust the outside time. An hour or so after dinner, take a nice walk around the neighborhood to stimulate some poo. Right before bed (maybe this is 9pm or maybe it's midnight, for you) go outside one more time.

Until the dog is fully housebroken (ie not pooing in the house in the middle of the night), keep her in her crate. She shouldn't be out and about until she can be trusted not to mess up your carpeting!

Bad part about that, when she was a puppy I would crate her until I got home, once she pooped in the cage, then when I got home it was ALL OVER HER!!
This time it was a later time she did it, I was in the shower (yes again no sleep) and when I walked into the kitchen to get something I did not look down and oops, dog poo
Are you feeding in the morning too, or just evening? If you're only feeding once you may want to consider splitting that up into morning and evening feedings so she isn't getting such a huge meal at night. I'd also take her out for last call before bed, for mine it's usually 10-11 pm, but basically the later you take her out the better chance she has of making it until morning. How old is she by the way?
OK if I am up ill feed here at around 8AM. Last night she did not even finish her meal tho.

Maybe too much for her to finish at one time, and then resulting in a huge poo at night.
