12 yr old Lab nasal cancer

Just found out that my 12 yr old chocolate lab named Moose probably has nasal cancer. Vet said he can’t definitively say with ct scan. He has been recovering from what the vet thinks was a stroke for about a month and now this.
We took him in because he’s been panting a lot and making a wheezing sound when he breathes.
Does anyone have any advice or info that has gone through this? Unfortunately from what the vet said without any treatment we are looking at about 3 months. Thanks in advance.
