I have a 1.5 year old Boston Terrier male neutered. We wakes up in the middle of the to pee on the couch corner or the garbage can or other random places in the house. He barks after the fact and wakes me up. I let him outside to pee more and he does. Comes back in and goes right to sleep.
I take away the water maybe 2 hours before bedtime. And goes out and goes potty before bed. He usually sleeps on the couch. He will be sleep maybe 3-4 hours than just barks like crazy to get me up to clean up his pee or poop.
What else can I do to train him? I’ve tried the male diaper, he just barks and barks to get it off. I’ve tried putting him in the crate at night, he still just barks and barks. I don’t know what else to do.

If this is something new, then a trip to the vet is in order. If it's a long-time, ongoing problem, then crating him at night will help.

Yes, if this is a new problem take him to the vet. Could be a UTI.

Make sure to clean up any pee spots with an enzymatic cleaner like Nature's Miracle to eliminate the smell of the accident.

If you rule out a medical issue, crate the dog at night. Yes, he will bark. Ignore him. Eventually he will settle down. If he's still having an accident at night, try setting an alarm and taking him out on leash in the middle of the night. Hopefully, his bladder will eventually get used to holding it through the night. He's still quite young, and a small dog, so it could be he just can't physically hold it yet.
