My blue heeler mix puppy has a lump on his belly that started small and skin tone and now 3 weeks later is bigger and dark and hard. He doesn’t seem to be bothered by it but he gets annoyed if we touch it. Looking for any advice or ideas on what this may be and should make an appointment. TIA
