  1. I have been working with a wonderful client and JRT pup through two levels of classes with establishing a marker word that is applied with hand/verbal cues of all the basics, recall, stay, wait, leave it, place, etc.. The client has listened, learned and put into practice everything we covered in classes to the helpful tips of keeping her pup busy at home. The JRT is currently 9 months old. The client returned home to find her wall has been chewed up (not near any exit ways). I am now trying to find more creative ways for energy outlets when his parents are not home. The JRT is currently going on a run every morning, eating a well balanced diet, gets 30 minutes to an hour of activity at night, and puppy play group twice a week. While the clients are gone the JRT gets marrow bones with frozen insides and interactive treat delivery toys (brain puzzlers). Any ideas or suggestions of how to further challenge the pup's brain space, training methods etc.?
