    Question [Question] Puppy and Dental

My 10 week old Pug's breath smells awful! I can only describe it as advance periodontitis! His gingival tissue color and dentition are fine and there is no obviously bleeding points. His stool is just fine, no diarrhea, no vomiting. I'm not that into brushing a dog teeth but is it necessary for puppies? If not, do I just give him one of the "dental bones" or a real bone?

    Thanks in advance.

    Is he eating poop?

I saw somewhere on this forum that it could be a sign of internal parasites.
