Thread: Arrrrg, how do I stop the spam of an email every time someone has posted in a thread?

I post in a few threads. Then my inbox gets filled up every time someone else posts in such a thread. Please tell me how to make it stop. No other forum anywhere does this.

Go to "forum actions" (at the top, under the banner), then "general settings". You can tinker with your e-mail settings there. I have mine set to "do not subscribe" but if you still want some e-mails you can have it send them only once daily or weekly instead of every single time someone posts.

This sounds like you're subscribed to a thread. You can unsubscribe via your User Control Panel.
