Zane had been diagnosed with Lymphoma the Friday after Thanksgiving.
He'd been peeing and drinking more than normal and on Friday morning was lethargic and not eating. Took him to the vet were they ran blood and urine samples and took x-rays.
She palpated his abdomen and felt a solid mass that showed up on the x-ray pressing down on his bowels and bladder. Blood showed elevated Calcium and the urine was really diluted. She sent the x-rays to a radiologist who found that most of his lymph nods were enlarged.
This past Monday he starts panting and showing signs of discomfort. We get him in on Tuesday and take more x-rays. It has spread to his lungs and we decide just to let him go.
