Can someone tell me the breed of this dog and if its female or male? She/he is about 5 months old. I'm thinking its a girl since or private is between her legs, but it sticks out like a penis so I'm not sure.

She is a female, and looks like a Maltese.

Maltese or mix of maybe maltese/poodle. And it's very female...
