Which means I get to buy a new one!!! :) Julie and I have an agreement that I can't buy the dogs stuff they already have unless it needs to be replaced. Its probably a good thing or we would have tons of collars and leashes most likely. But I'm excited because I get to buy a new leash:) Lloyd's is a cheap nylon one and I want to replace it with a nice leather one!

I like to justify new stuff by narrowing the categories. For example, Chester has a regular 6 ft leash. But he didn't have a 50 ft leash for the fields so he got one of those last winter. And then he didn't have a 4 ft leash for city walking, so he got one of those this summer. Voila, no repeats :)

Yes i do have a plan involving different sized leashes already in play:) I currently have a very long, multi purpose leash for Nash (clips on either end and 3 O rings in it), great for at the park and stuff, but see its kind of a pain for city walking, so I will need a shorter leash for that. Lloyd's leash is/was 4 foot, but I am going to replace it with either a longer or shorter leash . . . so then I will need to buy the opposite because well, short leashes aren't so great for me for hikes, but long ones are a pain for walks around the city. When I get them nice leather collars, well then we will need collars for the park, because we don't want to get their nice leather ones all nasty. In due time I will have all my doggy stuff <insert evil laugh>. Nash also sometimes helps me out by chewing things up, lol.
