Female Puppy attacking older male dog

Hey guys, I have posted her before about the aggression between my 9 month old Shi-tsu/terrior mix and out 7 year old Shperd/Italian Greyhound mix. Recently Maori (the pup) has been attackign increasingly aggressive toward certain people at certain times.

Maori has been growling at my sister (the owner of Snickers, the male) when my sister enters my room, it seems to be the only place Maori does this, As well maori has been increasingly aggressive with snickers, growling at him, barking at him, she has even snapped at him several times today, it seems to be elevating and i am becoming at a lose. I do not want to get rid of her, as she is a great dog beyond these aggressions. I have tried "time outs" this does not seem to work, yelling at her only deters for a short time. Any help and suggestions would be great.

First of all, if she's attacking the other dog, they need to be separated at all times. Don't allow this to get out of hand. Yelling and time outs aren't going to work. Since she's now getting aggressive with people, call a behaviorist right away. This could end very badly.

I would also suggest keeping her separated from the other dog, before he gets to his limit and you have a fight on your hand. A good behaviorist would be the way to go. Read up on NILIF (nothing in life is free) and start that with her now, while you wait for more help.

thank you all very much for the replies and suggestions. I did want to mention, the "attacks" are not constant, she may snarl and growl at him one or two times otu of the week, it has been recent that she has been snapping at him, has happened twice without provocation. I am having to spayed the 15th of this month, should I await and see if there is a change in behavior after the proceedure?

My pair have their squabbles (mostly when they are having their play/walk time) I think that Izze's herding instincts kick in & she gets carried away & such the prob is when Jo tries to fight back , but the "submits" then when Izze let's her up she runs circles around Izze, barking .... I feel you about dog behavior & why they do what they do :/.
