in heat and not feeling good?

Ok my female came into heat and well she just came in yeasterday. Well today she has not been feeling good at all. ALL day she would stay in the same place and she would not really move... She would shake some and just look at you. She keeps sniffing her *area*. I know she is in heat but is this normal??? is that a chance she is having cramps??

also i read something about Pyrometria but she is not draining any white stuff or puss just little bit of blood. Her belly is not swollen at all.

Sometimes a pyometra doesn't have any discharge. Does she seem warm? A dog with pyo would usually have a fever. If she's not back to normal tomorrow you should call the vet. If it's her first heat she might be a bit confused but she shouldn't be in a lot of pain. If she is in pain something is wrong.

Make sure to keep her away from males for a month.

mmmm kk, she is not warm. Tonight i put a heat pad on her and after a while she started to act better and now she is moving around and wanting to play . strange what a heat pad does lol. but ya if she gets sick again tomorrow i'll call the vet. also this is her 3rd heat. We are getting her fixed next year After Jan but before May.
