    Head Cyst treatment

My dog is developing a cyst on her forehead. It is small, as you can see in the photo. I was wondering what I should treat it with (ointment, etc.) before it gets too big and requires surgical removal. I'm keeping it clean with Hydrogen-Peroxide for now.

    Re: Head Cyst treatment

When I have had a good vet I do check with my vet. Because the smaller something is it is easier to remove it. And I don't know when looking at something like this if it is something that is just surface superficial or if it has a root base.. So while your not seeing rapid growth on the outside,, the root is growing and being invasive to the body on the inside. I hope it is only superficial and it only need to be treated at a topical level...

This is a question only your vet can/should answer.

    Sorry, but that's the rule.
