Exclamation How do you tell how far along a dog's pregnancy is?

Our neighbors, while moving, gave us their Jack Russle. They didn't tell us she was pregnant, however. Tali, as we've named her, has ballooned in size, nearly over night! We've been able to tell for about a week now, that's she is expecting. After much research, we are prepared for the pregnancy, birth, and puppies. We don't, though, know how long until they come. As I said, her stomache began to be obviously enlarged about a week ago, and her nipples as well. Could someone, please, give me an estimate of her time? (Oh, and before I get lectured.. again... I have every intention of getting her spayed as soon our vet 'Okay's' it. The pups, as well, because we will be keeping them.)

There is no way that anyone on the internet can give you this information. Take the dog to a vet now for prenatal care. They should be able to give you an estimate.
