URGENT: Pomeranian with a breathing problem

Our pomeranian is breathing rapidly (1-2/second), and loudly. There is a minor clear discharge from the nose, and possibly a minor temp. Intermittently, she will start coughing like she has something stuck in her throat, and it will be loud, occasionally like a honk. appetite is slightly subdued. She seems a little nervous, and hesitant. How dangerous is this, and can she wait until Monday to see a vet?

She needs to see an E-Vet asap.

Were you able to get her to a vet? This definitely doesn't sound like a wait until Monday situation to me.

Protip: If you consider your dog's medical issue to be "urgent," that means you need to be calling a vet instead of posting on an Internet forum.
