Let me start out by saying that I am a worry-wart.
Glad we got that out there.
I noticed over the past few days that my Weimaraner has been panting in what I would deem unnecessary situations. IE: when we walked outside 10 minutes ago so he could go potty before bed, he began panting. It's not hot out, its not sunny out, and the only energy that was exerted was us walking 15 feet outside. My other Weim doesn't pant in the situations he's been panting in, so it's just something that's been worrying me. Another issue that has come about a few days ago was that every time he drinks, he takes a few sips and then stops and makes choking sound. I also noticed that he's not consuming as much water as he normally would (he is still getting enough, he actually used to drink more than necessary). I made an appointment with the vet, but its not until Tuesday. Just wondering if this sounds like anything specific that anyone has dealt with before.
Also, came home from work today and found that a few QTips along with the plastic toilet paper holder had been chewed, there are a few tiny pieces that I can't find of either items. How worried should I be? What signs should I watch out for?
Thanks!
