Signs of hip dysplasia? 11 week old puppy.

Our American Eskimo puppy is 11 weeks old and I've been noticing that he sometimes sits with both legs to the side. When he goes up the stairs he goes up very rapidly with both his back legs together. He's a really fast, high energy puppy and when he sprints around I noticed that his back legs do not separate. We've had him for 3 weeks and I always thought his running, sitting and hopping up stairs was normal puppy behavior and now I am super worried...

Puppies are inexperienced at walking/running and growing, so they do walk/run weirdly sometimes. Lazy sitting isn't really a problem, and I think smaller dogs go up the stairs like that because it's easier.

If you're really concerned, call your vet.
