His idea of a first impression...

This is a great picture to show how saints truly are gentle giants. Your girls are adorable! I bet they love that gigantic puppy.

How active is Buster? Every Saint I've ever met has been pretty laid back. He looks really really laid back especially for a puppy like him!

Oddly enough, cute works for Buster.

He is a true gentle giant. At 120ish pounds, he makes a wonderful PILLOW! The girls love Buster and typically refer to him as their big brother.

Buster has 2 speeds...slow and sleep! He's very calm. I have never met an 8 1/2 month old puppy that is this LAZY. Walks are great, but if the weather is bad, someones sick or no ones around to watch the girls he's just as content to take a nap. He's almost always SILENT (really amusing when someone knocks on the door...), barking only in play or when he "kills" his breakfast.

Re: My sweet Buster boy

Sadly, no pumpkin carving this year. Too many sick kids, we hit the after halloween candy sale and called it even.

Buster loves his hugs. With 4 girls of his own that love to hug him and every child he comes into contact with thinking he MUST be hugged like their favorite teddy bear...he's gotten very used to having arms wrapped around whatever part of his body they can get ahold of!

We think the same of Callahan. I love looking at the pictures you post of him, he's one stunning boy!

I am VERY lucky to have found this sweet boy. He's only been a part of my life for a few short months, I cant imagine life without him. I completely agree, there is nothing better than a huge, handsome lug to love on. Lucky for Buster he's big enough to handle LOTS of loving!

Re: My sweet Buster boy

Hey Luv...I know you posted those pictures of Buster with the girls just for me! He is a handsome fella. And I bet his first impression is also a lasting one for people who are not prepared for him!

Isn't it funny how quickly some 4 legged critter can worm their way into our hearts? Your girls are lucky to have him around. And I agree with giving him big hugs around whatever part I can get my arms around...preferably from the front!
