Zoey's new sister Maggie!

We got Maggie today! She's Zoey's half sister (same mother different father) She's snuggle up on my lap.. I don't know what Zoey thinks of her yet.. She's just kinda skittish around her.. Maggie wants to play with Zoey but Zoey's kinda scared of Maggie O_o; She drooled for about 20 minutes when we first brought Maggie in.. She's laying on the couch with us now too... Anyway I got some pictures.. Not many but a few :-)

See how nervous Zoey looks? :-P

Zoey doesn't know what to do with something smaller than her! Maggie is a little fur ball and so cute. They will do just fine...besides, Zoey is used to being an only child so you gotta give her a little time. Good luck and keep us posted.

Puppy cuteness overload! Zoey does look a little perplexed. Should be interesting watching them get used to each other. Congrats!

Re: Zoey's new sister Maggie!

Well, today in the wee hours of the morning I got up to take Maggie out to potty (we didn't make it outside.. I made the mistake of setting her down in front of the door before we went out :P) and she was soo awake so I took her into the living room to play for a while so she might go back to sleep. Zoey came out of the bedroom to see what was going on and Maggie started pouncing at Zoey and kind of 'popcorn-ing' around the room.. Zoey LOVED it and they bounced around the living room together for about half an hour.. It seemed to break the ice between them cause now Zoey is just fine laying down on the couch right next to Maggie.. she wouldn't do that yesterday.. So a couple more days and they should be best buddies I hope
