I volunteer at a huge local recue (they have maybe 100+ dogs in their kennels, plus fosters) and I got pictures of the 3 dogs I had today at their petsmart event.
First up: Isabel. She's a 1 year old, small lab mix that we brought up from Georgia. She had lots of interest at th ebeginning but nobody followed through. Finally about two hours into it, a nice lady came up and Isabel jumped in her lap and that was it. issy was the sweetest girl and I swear I would've taken her if she didn't find a new home. She LOVED other dogs.
Second: Sasha. SWEET little girl. Hound/beagle mix. She wanted only to be in your lab. 35 pound lap dog. Very strong puller. Sad, but she didn't find a home. I think I want to foster...
And third: Tenor. Cute little guy, but didn't find a home because he was very shy. Yes, he's a brindle beagle. lol He was also very sweet, and felt most comfortable if he sat between two people.
Finally, Sasha and Tenor chillin watching the hamsters. lol. Sorry for the quality, it's a cell phone pic. And ignore my freakishly small feet. lol
Thanks for looking.
