We met a man and his dog today...

Sort of. Summer was not enthused. I must apologize for the terrible camera I have in college. I cannot shoot with it anymore after using the Nikon for so long so the pictures well... suck. But it's still fun.

This man seems to have an odd colored golden retriever.

Summer was a bit anxious about meeting them.

*intense stare*

Eventually she builds up the courage to stalk towards them...

But then she got scared.

Sooooo

She started circling them, keeping a good, safe distance of course.

Maybe if I don't look at it, it'll be nice to me.

Okay, I give up. Those people are freaky. Let's go!

Lol she's so cute. No wonder she was suspicious, that dog statue is like 10x bigger than she is!

Ahh, I can't wait until I get my little pap puppy

Those are great statues. Are they local hero's?

Summer's so funny. She'll jump off 5' walls without a second thought.. but approach a statue... NOPE... go figure

Re: We met a man and his dog today...

LOL So cute.

When we returned Sadie to Leader Dogs for the Blind, one of the "tests" they did with her to help evaluate her was to walk her by a GSD statue they had sitting out front. Sadie gave it a weird look, but then was fine. Considering she had spooked the first time she saw a firehydrant it made me proud.
Now, Chloe on the other hand....she went balistic when she was in my car as a puppy because we DROVE by a statue. Now she's okay, but it scared the heck out of me when she started barking and lunged at the window. LOL
