Teddie's Fun Filled Day

Today was very boring on my part, but rather exciting for Teddie. We got up this morning and I decided to go back to bed and not set my alarm. I ended up sleeping in until 2 in the afternoon or so... Still didn't feel to well so layed around a lot of the day. I was on and off of the computer and finally made my way back upstairs. Teddie of course followed right along side of me. By this time it was 6:30 and he was ready to eat..then play like a wild, hairy, crazy fur kid. These were the results..

Here he wants everyone to know how mean I am. Look at that face! Though he loved every minute of it and wanted to play with me more.

So more playing we did. It was nice because he didn't mind playing by himself. That net laundry bag is his favorite thing in the world.

Teddie's first time meeting Marley.. I know it's weird, but he kept sniffing him. Marley is a "stoner" painted rock guy my mother painted back in the 1970's and I wanted him. I personally Lurv him.

Then he found yet another toy to play with. One of the two pepperment toys I made him for Christmas. After some thrashing around and head swinging he was no longer in working form.

I made the guilty party take a picture with the now dead stuffy.

He wasn't the slightest bit apoligetic. He continued to play on my bed though..

Then found the perfect spot and fell fast asleep.

Lol He was not happy at all! I had to close the window so he stood on my bed and barked until I calmed him down. At the end I'm not even sure he knew what he was barking about.

I know I know I'm a horrible mommy.

I've bubble rapped him, stuck him in a box and labeled it delicate. It should be there shortly. Take care of him for me.

It doesn't take to much to get him to sleep. After all that play he's sound asleep on a kitchen table chair hiding from Britches. Shhhhh don't tell Britches.

That's so cute! How wonderful that he can be so well-behaved while you are sick! When I get sick we have to scramble to try to get Zoe in day care or something so she doesn't eat the house while I rest

Isn't it amazing... all the money we spend on toys for them to play with and something like a laundry bag becomes their favorite thing

He is so adorable with that laundry bag...I think I may have to try that.

That I am VERY thankful for! The one thing he does very well is sleep near or on me. It's great in the winter or when you don't feel to good. Lol We have our own personal doggy day care here with 5 dogs.

I thought the same thing! It's amazing such a simple thing like a laundry bag can make him happy when he has a whole tub of toys.

Reno, animals are like little kids...you spend a bunch of money on toys and all they want to play with are the big boxes they came in. Makes perfect sense to me!
