He's a beautiful beagle. Remember to measure food and keep him slim. Having worked at a shelter I have never seen an appropriate weight beagle except at a dog show! Yours looks to be pretty well proportioned.
Yup, my wife already told everyone to watch his food and keep him slim. The little bugger is 100% muscle I swear. I cant help though giving him the occasional treat.
