| Riley, Aspen, and Buddha I have a new zoom lense for the camera, so I was trying it out yesterday.
Here is Riley. He will be 10 months on the 24th. I can't believe he is almost a year old!
Here is Aspen keeping watch. |

| Re: Riley, Aspen, and Buddha Oh, it's too much! Just too frigging much!! Riley is gorgeous--all tall and lanky. His body is actually quite similar to Reuben's. And Mr. Buddha is -- I don't know; are there really any words to describe him? I have a soft spot for Saints, obviously. He's so cute--he always looks like he's smiling. He seems wise already, and he's just a couple of months old? |

| Re: Riley, Aspen, and Buddha Maybe it was all the black and white Lassie episodes that made me overlook Collies. After a few months of Riley pics, I'm sold. That's some stunning coat action. |

| Re: Riley, Aspen, and Buddha Thanks everyone
SDO, I can't wait to test it out on the horses too! I also have a new wide-angle lense for portraits(the one of Buddha's head, first picture, was that one...still figuring out the focus etc....but learning each day) that I am excited about too. Riley's undercoat has grown in! Although, the top coat has not yet(notice how it is a different color). Slowly but surely it is coming though, looks like it will take a year for it to come back completely.
Rubes, Riley is very tall, I call him my string bean . I would estimate he is near 70 pounds now(was 63 quite a few months ago), he just towers over Aspen now as well....I use to think she was large, now she looks small compared to him!
Buddha turned 9 weeks today, so he is just over two months. He is very wise, and 'St. like' considering his age. Absolutely perfect temperament, and his tail just wags, wags, and wags when he sees you. I need to video tape him running, he has total 'saint gallop' that is so funny to watch! Thanks for the compliments on them all
Harrise, Thank you! Happy to hear Riley may have changed your opinion on Collies, they really are wonderful dogs. |

| Re: Riley, Aspen, and Buddha UUuhggg! I cannot take the torture of looking at these pictures and not wanting one.....The saints, collies, rottie pups, beagles...... help me.
Note to self: Do not click on photo site, do not click on photo site.....
I think I can last a couple of days.
Riley is gorgeous. I either want another sheltie or collie next. |

| Re: Riley, Aspen, and Buddha MAN. The I-want-another-puppy fever had JUST left until I saw this thread. Now I have I-want-another-pupppy-and-also-a-collie fever.
I blame you. |

| Re: Riley, Aspen, and Buddha 4dogs, I completely take the blame for this one...looks like you need to go puppy looking .
Mr.P, I have a feeling you will have your Saint some day .
terryjeane,if it were me personally I would go for the collie, but of course, that is a completely unbiased opinion .
Thanks for the compliments on them |

| Re: Riley, Aspen, and Buddha RC, I've missed seeing pictures of your dogs. Riley is certainly growing up. And he's definitely getting his "grown up" coat.
Aspen sitting back and watching reminds me of Toby. He just likes to keep an eye on everything.
Buddha is adorable. I want to pick him up and snuggle him. |

I have to tell people that I feed her PLENTY! |

I am going to try and save for a 200 zoom lens for my Canon this summer...not cheap things these lenses that's for sure!!! But I really want a lens that I can zoom in further, especially when I go to events like horse shows... |
