Cuteness Warning!

This is one of my foster dogs Bambi with one of my kittens Benjamin! Bambi and Benji get along really well and she tries nursing him. They always cuddle too.

They seemed really cozy.Bambi had puppies in her life sometime (before she was rescued) and I think the kittens bring memories back to her.

Re: Cuteness Warning!

How sweet! they are like in a "Yin Yang" position.

Not to derail the topic, but how long until they warmed up like that? I have a cat and recently got a puppy. I keep them separated in different rooms and then for a little while a day expose them to each other, puppy leashed to table leg. My cat is like "whatever" she only freaked when he got too close (like in her face), she smacked him in the nose (didnt scratch him though). They are both very sweet pets, not scratching or biting types. Any advice would be great! (You can pm me if you'd like).

Re: Cuteness Warning!

It just took a couple of days.
My kitties are used to dogs coming and going tho, where I foster.
But Benji seems to really like Bambi and warmed up to a cuddly mode with her, within 2 days or so of me taking Bambi in.Both of my kittesn dislike my male foster tho.

I say just give it time. Some can warm up quicker then others. When my mom got her first kitten,it took like a month or more for the kitten and my mom's dog to get used to eachother.
