My dog Japanese Akita
Hi everyone i just joined this forum. My dog's name is Maya and these are her puppy picture.Now Maya is 2 years old. i will post more of her recent pictures later. Happy late Valentines day!

She is so cute. I've never seen an akita with that coloring. She looks cat like right now, but i'm sure she's getting big. And her owner looks so nice, always a big bright smile-

HoundedByHounds: thank you She's from an Japanese Akita breeder in the states. I didn't know there were actually two different kinds of Akita.


JackiesZoo: Thanks! I didn't intend to get an Akita and never saw Akitas before. I just fell in love the minute i saw her cayote looking face at a dog shop.

AkiraleShiba: if i ever get a smaller dog it will be for sure an black Shiba Inu! your Akira is tooooooo cute !

LMH:I've heard from all kinds of ppl saying she looks like fox, cat, wolf or cayote.haha She's not too big unlike i expected. i thought she would grow to the size of baby horse lol Behind the happy face is Maya's daddy and 'brother'. lol
