Oh sorry about the mix up. In the first pic it looked like he had nipples, so I thought it was a female. I can defiantly tell he is spoiled and he know it in that last pic. | |

Awww he is adorable!!... in the first pic he looks like Mogwai!!!
Ok.. im ganna come out and say it!!! If He had been a She and was a couple months older I would have assumed He was the Puppy I use to own about a yr ago!!! lol I had this teeny tiny Black mix pup ((not sure if Tipsys mixed though)) that looked just like him!! although we had to rehome Brandy because we lived in an upstairs apartments and it was getting very difficult trying to potty train her as she couldnt walk down the stairs... and its funny cuz we lived in New Port Richey FL. back when we had her!! lol | |

Well I have never noticed any nipples on Snoopy so thats why I thought it was a female. | |

I was proud of him, he actually left his costume on all night on halloween. Here is another picture of it where I ALMOST had the hood on: 
Here he is with his sister when I first say him at the breeder's home.

Tipsy is adorable! I don't think I've see a Tzu that sold black before. I love the first two pictures!! And yes I can see he is very spoiled..but who ever said that was a bad thing? | |
