My sister and I also rescue Chihuahuas. My first time driving alone, I encountered a black apple dome Chihuahua walking down the freeway. We came to the conclusion that he was abused by a male because he does NOT like any boy or man at all. He is suffering from a body crippling disease though. He's about 60 in dog years. He's defiantly the most spoiled Chi
The second one my sister rescued down in Georgia. Dobie is what's known as a deer head Chihuahua. He was rescued from a puppy mill. He was very sickly when she adopted him but he's doing extraordinary now.
The third one I rescued. Lou-pey. She was also from a puppy mill. She was used for breeding so her body is often sore and she lays around a lot. She's a bit on the chubby side but we love her just the same. She's a tan deer head Chi.
My sister rescued the fourth one, Ginger. A woman bought Ginger at 4 weeks old for her 3 year old daughter who was severley rough with Ginger. The dog was confiscated and taken to the local pound and was to be uthenized because of 2 broken legs and a fractured spine. My sister was there to adopt her in a split second. Ginger's fully recovered and can jump extremely high o_O
