Caught In The Act

Cain & Abel are starting to have a free run in the house.. They are much better now and can be trusted (somewhat) to not chew anything more other than their toys. But before they achieved this stage, this was what I went through. Lucky I always have the camera handy. I managed to get proofs of their not so nice behaviour. Its mostly Abel. Cain's really good except on 2 occasion.

Here's Abel:

He knows they are not allowed on OUR couch, they are only allowed on THEIR couch but for some reason he finds our couch very comfy..

He is doing something unacceptable but I really love this pic:

Here he is, showing me what he and Cain did:

He is cute but sneaky. lol. Nice pictures I enjoyed looking at. If one of my big Shepherds got up for food it would be the first n last, I do not allow that to start. They get enough food. Take care nice pet you have.

Re: Caught In The Act

sheplovr.. haha! That never happened again. I made sure I corrected that right after that incident. Ignoring him is the best punishment you can give him as he is such a big snuggle baby. I also used water spray to let them know when they are not allowed to do something inside the house (they hate the water spray!)

Thank you for the compliment. =)

Re: Caught In The Act

I don't think Snoopy can be trusted with the whole apartment as we have alot of plants poisoness to dogs. But just today he graduated to the hallway plus my room. I'm just glad my dog isn't tall enough to do what cain and abel does.

How can you trust a dog that only has to lift his head to reach the counter?

Re: Caught In The Act

MDAWN, I honestly cant see UALLIS doing what Abel is doing on our counter.. He is probably taller than I am when he is standing up, I am only 5ft. Cain's only about 6 more inches smaller than me when he puts his paws on my shoulders. =)

DURBKAT, I am happy for Snoopy. I bet he is loving all the extra room he now has. =)

Lol, I should have known what he was doing when he was laying on side and pawing rapidly at the laundry basket.

Re: Caught In The Act

I can usually tell when one of the boys are doing something naughty. While the other is busy performing his crime, the other will walk towards me as if calling my attention and when I look at him he would start walking where the CRIME is taking place. =) They sort of tell on each other.

Re: Caught In The Act

LOL I love the pictures. I know what you mean about telling on each other. My older dogs tell on the puppy all the time. Thank God they don't work together. Just imagine if one worked as the look out while the other committed the crime. LOL

Re: Caught In The Act

HAHA! Inga, if your older dogs are ganging up on CARSTEN by telling on him all the time, I feel bad for the little tot! I bet you are experiencing "PUPPY HEADACHES" again. How big is he now?

We should have a contest on "HOW MANY SHOES CAN YOUR PUPPY CHEW BEFORE THEY LEARN THEY SHOULDN'T"

JAYLIE >> I love your dogs. They are so cute.
