Remind me why I love dogs.....

This is what happened when I left my "sweet adorable" Sandy out while I went upstairs for 5 minutes.

What is the fascination with polyfill? Ha Ha It looks like Sandy had a great time. We love dogs because when we make messes just like that or worse, they love us anyway. They greet our stupidity with a waggly tail and a smile. What more could we ask for? Look at it this way. Another 5 minutes and it could have been spread out all over the house.

Have you read your Sig down below lately? Did he/she come up after that and lick your face Looks like he had fun though eh!

The times that make me realize how much my dog means to me is when I come home from work after a shitty day, (you know what I mean one of those days where everything that could go wrong did ) in the worst mood. I come through the door and he damn near tackles me, tail a pumping away, licking all that. It kinda makes all that shit that happened during the day really not that important anymore.

Human's point of view: My dog just destroyed a perfectly good pillow...bad dog!

Dog's point of view: Yes! The holidays are just around the corner. Let it snow!

This is what I told wifey.."You remember how we covered the mantle with cotton for Christmas, to make it look like snow last year? Well Sandy decided to decorate the dining room a little early for us!" This picture is for any of you that just have to have a puppy versus an older dog.

I assume your wife accepted that as a perfectly logical and rational answer. There is a terribly odd fascination out there with that polyfill stuff though. I enjoy most when you catch the dog in the act of pulling/destroying and they have some dangling from their mouth.
