I know how to get them here...but they are GIGANTIC. How do I reduce the size once I link the IMG?

What image hosting site are you using? If you are using photobucket, go to the images and click on edit and then above the picture you will see a bunch of options. One of them will say "Resize", click on that and then you can choose which size you'd like.

I'm using tinypic. I know that there is a way to resize once the code is copied, but darn if I can remember it.

I've never used tinypic. Would you be willing to use photobucket? I have a pinned topic on how to do it and post pics,
