Hard to tell, but from first glance i thought purebred beagle!

Thanks he is the best dog we could have asked for, the people we got him from got him from a shelter.I took him to my families groomer and vet today to get his nails done and a check up and they both said he looked purebred.It doesnt matter to us it just caught us off guard(i guess you can say) that he may be pure beagle.

Yeah the more i look at him the more i think purebred beagle. How long have you had him for? Is this your first beagle? Do you have any other dogs?

My girl, Brandy, is 4 & 1/2 years old and a beautiful girl. I can't speak highly enough of the breed. I may have lucked out with my girl (she's some what of a lap dog, is extremely affectionate and devoted, not to mention is great off lead), but i do think they are gorgeous and awesome dogs.

We have only had him 2 weeks and yes he is our first beagle.It was one of the breeds me and my boyfriend considered for a good fit into our lifestyle.

and no we have no other dogs.We have 4 cats though that love him and he loves them.
