| New pictures of The Blitzinator! Hey guys! So it's been a while since I've posted pics. Here's some updates!!
We recently went to the Dodgers Stadium. Blitz came along!!
In front of the field.
In the dugout.
ON the field...
In front of the wall with all the players names on it.

| Re: New pictures of The Blitzinator! We went to a ranch outing with a bunch of other puppy raisers, since it was a good experience for the pups. Blitz really liked the horse.
It would not hold it's head still!!
We also saw some cows.
There was a camel.
On the way home, with Harley. Quote:

Once again, Blitz's favorite way to sleep.
Found Blitz like this one day!
Blitz playing with Corky, a dog I babysit.

Socializing a guide dog puppy is on my list of things to do someday. |

| Re: New pictures of The Blitzinator! Another example of Blitz's favorite way to sleep!!
He does find some odd ways to sleep...
Under the bed, he has to flatten himself out as much as possible!!
That's all for now! Quote:

You should go for it! It's SUCH a fun thing to do. Just imagine being able to take Zoe wherever you went!! Of course you have to give them up, and it SO sad, but it's all worth it when you see them graduating in that harness! And you get a new pup right away!
I have a few friends who said they were going to raise one, and be done with it. Well, when they're first pup went in, they missed it so much that they got another one. They're now on their seventh pup.

| Re: New pictures of The Blitzinator! awsome pic!! ITs neat how she seems to get along with the farm animals. When i took star to meet my horses we had to sell, star growled at them. |

| Re: New pictures of The Blitzinator! Haha, ya, it was great to see all the dogs with the animals! The person who owns the ranch has a breeder for GDA, and she is SUCH a ranch dog. She plays with the llama's and camels...And they like playing with her! And also, the horse that I showed you, she plays with him too. So, all of the animals were very friendly with the dogs, since they're so used to Dixie. (The breeder.)
She hasn't had any litters yet, because she was JUST pronounced a breeder. So, congrats to Dixie!! |

| Re: New pictures of The Blitzinator! Yes, Blitz is really getting big. He's an absolute beauty! I would love to do something like you're doing, but I'm sure I would end up keeping the dog. But I commend you and others who do what you do, so that there are guide / assist dogs available to those who need them. |
