Well I took Snoopy to my english teachers house to see her shih tzu because I thought Snoopy would love to be able to run around off leash playing with other dogs. Well he seemed to have blast, he was running around and stuff but her dog was a mommas girl! Her 5 year old shih tzu wouldn't even play with Snoopy. It just went under my english teachers chair and wouldn't come out. So Snoopy was circling the chair trying to get the dog to play but it just stared at him while Snoopy was doing this and was barking at him. The whole 45 min I was there Snoopy spent trying to get this dog to play with him but Zoey, the teachers shih tzu, just wouldn't have anything of it. Here is a pic and some vids of it.
I know the pic isn't the greatest but Snoopy was bouncing around doing the play bow that you see here.

Then shortly after she brought the neighbors dog over which I feel sad for because they don't have any grass or shade, just concrete and a pool in the middle of the "yard". So here is a vid of when she brought that dog over and it played with Snoopy a bit,
