Can banned people or people who are not a member of the forum come on here and just read but not post? Just wondering because I keep noticing a certain someone who we are not supposed to talk about, well the name keeps appearing on the bottom as if that person is online on the forum?
They can read, but not post. I've seen them too. I believe it is possible, in some formats to keep them from reading, but I don't know about the VB format. Just ignore them and they'll go away.
