Anyone in So. Cal (LA area)

Hey everyone! I've been telling a bunch of people I know about GDA's upcoming open-house. I think that everyone on this forum would love it! They're going to have Puppy Trials, (All of the Puppies In Training are going on an obstacle course) Guide Dog Demonstration, silent auction, tours, raffles, food, and GDA Merchandise! It's going to be a TON of fun. The theme is "Pirates and Puppies." Sorry, you can't bring your own pets...GDA has a rule about that. But it'll be fun to go and see all of the guide dogs, puppies in training, and breeders. And if anybody off of here comes, I will be there!

Anyway, it's on June ninth, from eleven to four, (But the main events wind down at about two thirty, and people usually leave about then) and it's in Sylmar, California. If you're interested in going, I could PM you some more info on where it is and such.

Too bad it's not in the next 2 weeks! I live in Arizona, but will be visitng my family in Laguna Beach area (Aliso Viejo) from the 19th to the 25th. Sounds like a blast though!!
