| Need someone good at puzzles This is WAY ot, but I need someone who is good at puzzles. I have a game I play where the clues are sometimes puzzles and I'm terrible at them! Some of the puzzles have been musical notes, one was a hexadecimal code, now I have one that's symbols that make no sense to me
Is anyone here good at puzzles and would like to help me??? |

| Re: Need someone good at puzzles Lol, now you see why I'm frustrated? I tried googling symbols, glyphs, codes, etc but I didn't find anything like that puzzle. It's a doozy!
Here's a part of the puzzle I'm talking about : this is about 4% of the whole puzzle. Does anyone recognize this??? It should translate into numbers!

| Re: Need someone good at puzzles Where in the world did you get this monstrosity from? I tried a lot of searching but couldn't find anything similar anywhere online. Do you mind if I post this up on some other forums I participate in? I might be able to find someone who has seen it before. |

| Re: Need someone good at puzzles Be my guest, post away! I can't find anything remotely similar! If I could get a handle on what the damn thing is I'd at least have a chance to solve it! |

| Go ahead and PM it to me too. I love puzzles. I can't promise that I'll figure it out, but I'm definitely interested.
Oh! And what's the name of the game? |

| Re: Need someone good at puzzles Here's a link to the full puzzle: http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a19...symbolized.jpg
I got a hint from another player who made it sound like if you rotate the page the numbers are embedded within. I tried that and I think I see a 4 in one square... |

What would the numbers found be used for? (opening a door/safe/etc...)
Were there any words that came before or after you saw this image?
What's the story of the game been about so far?
Anything like that may be helpful in solving the puzzle.
Also, what's the name of the game? |

| Re: Need someone good at puzzles The game is geocaching. We hide containers then post the lattitude & longitude and others must use a handheld GPS receiver to find the container. For more info go to geocaching.com. So the numbers I'm looking for are coordinates. They should look something like this:
44 31.027 123 11.943
The 44 & 123 will definately be there, the rest of the numbers are the unknown! I have only the hint I gave, that by rotating the page the numbers will "appear"! |

Or, if there are letters, would it be something like:
A=1
B=2
C=3
D=4
E=5
etc...
?
Anyways... I sometimes think I see something, other times I don't.
I'm going to keep looking at this until it makes sense.
Oh, one last question (for now)... how many numbers are we supposed to find? 15? |
