| How old are you? I've been reading alot and I'm new to the internet and dog forums. I assumed everyone was my age(25) or older. I didn't think about the fact people under 18 were posting. My fault. It just didn't register until I was reading a "drama" post and someone mentioned being 12.
Not that I think there is something wrong with younger people being here. I just want to know if I'm talking to a child or not. Thats reasonable right?
So, with that said.... whats your number? |

| I will be fourteen in August...It's funny, it turned out that I got Jaylie on my birthday! I was scheduled to get her the day after my birthday, but GDA called and asked if we could change it. The whole litter was picked up on my birthday! |

I've been on forums since I was in 7th grade. I shudder to think of what my 13-14 year old self sounded like on forums. Hehe... |

I didn't say that. I respond to posts when I have something to say, regardless of age. I wanted to know because the older you are the more experience you have. As well as if I'm responding to a child's post I need to be careful how I word things, due to they might take it the wrong way. Quote:

I have NOTHING whatsoever against younger people, and I like chatting with the younger ones on here, but I do think you sometimes have to word things differently with younger people. Also you have to be careful about responding to them in a debate situation. I hope this isn't sounding offensive or anything..I know I was the same way when I was a teenager. It's easy enough to take something the wrong way on a forum or IM, but I think a lot of younger people (including me when I was younger) take things very wrong online. |

Same as I said above. No offense though.
By the way, I am 16.
EDIT:
CrzyBritNAmerica, your right. Its kind of harder to debate on a forum with younger people because they take it the wrong way if you say something they don't like.
