I was watching the news and they said that in the year 2036, an Astroid is going to hit here on Earth!  Go ahead, don't believe me, but they did say it's coming right now, but very very slowly. Scientists say that they might find a way to stop this astroid. It will hit in mid December. |

| They are saying that in 2012 there will be an Asteroid which will be the closest to come towards earth in a loooong time. Its going to pass through a "key hole" which will determine whether or not it will hit us in the NEXT pass... | |

| Hahaha!! Popcorn.  My sister told me that one day either the earth will stop spinning, the moon will go away because every 1,000,000 years, the moon moves away 2 inches from the earth, or the Sun Will BURN OUT!!!!!!!!!!! My sis is taking Aquatic Science. | |

But as far as Earth stopping its rotation and the sun burning out... that only makes sense. According to the Second Law of Thermodynamics, energy can only last so long. Eventually, the energy that moves Earth, and the energy that makes the sun burn will run out.
I highly doubt that humanity will be around long enough to witness those events though. | |
