I feel so honnored!!!! My parents drove up to elk city where they have wild elk and we been up there like 4 times before never seeing one and today was our lucky day!!! We saw a total of 5 and herd there mating calls. If you think that was lucky wait till you hear this....A male elk walks up to the restraunt we were eating at and LAYS DOWN RIGHT THERE!!!!!! He was posing for people, he would turn his head and he would do his mate call. It was an amazing experiance to see something like that in the wild. I also have a video I will add to my utube later. Anyway, here are the photos!

Thanks Yeah, it was neat to see the elk that close. Made me feel special. Plus I was really bored with the trip because parents just wanted to sit and view the...trees and for me, I am not really that into it. So that elk saved me from deathly bordem!
