My new weapon :)

*sigh*

we had new carpet when we moved in a year ago.

Since then i've learned to be religious about dog crates and letting the bladder quad out every hour or so while im home. Its my battle plan.

Scooter is bullet proof. I could leave him here for days and i'd come home to him crossing his legs. This dog only pees outside..

The female fuzzies in the house have other plans though...

Aparently my girls all have bladders that hold a shotglass full of liquid. If they don't go out every hour there is an inevitable warm spot for me to step in.

We've been doing good...no accidents now for a month or so... then there was last night..

I guess i fell asleep . I guess the girls decided to gang up and have a pooptasic party without my permission. Scooter, im sure, watched it happen and pretended not be associated with them.

I wake up to three wet spots and a nice trail of poo....like som'one pooed while still in motion. The three wet spots were convienently placed in random locations no where near each other...

One was by the door, so at least som'one tried to go outside. Damn doors.

How dare i accidently nap. Well it cost me. Fed up with buying $30 gallons of natures miracle i went to target on a mission today.

So i got this lovely pea green number here....

I actually hesitated to buy it, it was the cheap-o one (about $70) and the only other one was about $500. Everything in between was sold out.

So now my carpets are clean. I was very impressed with this little bugger. It only wieghs 12lbs and is small enough i can store it easy. Took all the spots right out.

So now i have an official plan AND and official weapon is battling the teeny weeny bladders..

Re: My new weapon :)

I have the same one, personally I hate it.

Its great at sucking liquids up, but besides that it's worthless.

I'm about to put mine of Craigslist and put in another $60 and buy a decent one....

LOL!

My carpet is brown so i didn't need it to actually remove any visible stains, just the odor. It probably is worthless on prettier carpet.....but it still beats $500 for the fancy one!
