| Re: Thank doG for sod! I am interested in seeing what it looks like next year because from your pictures it looks like it is baring out in the same places you were missing grass.....
I haven't bothered with lawn.... as long as its green I dont care it can be weeds as far as I am concerned..... besides if I put sod down... I would look out my window to find each of my dogs running around playing chase with squares of sod....
I threw conservation mix down.... it will grow on rocks.... its not grass but who cares its green....
good luck with the lawn, I am glad you like it... will be curious to see it next year

| Re: Thank doG for sod! Yeah I see what you're saying. I just hated the MUD and the DUST! lol.
Its pretty much all green right now, the parts that are greenEST are the ones where the water pools. Made sure every sprinkler is aimed perfectly and the whole grass gets wet and it should show in the next few days.
I'll show ya in a year |

It just hasn't had time to catch up with the other grass yet.
Who knows though, I have zero experience with this stuff. |

Who knows though, I have zero experience with this stuff. | Oh yeah, youre right. All the plush dark green around it is our grass/weeds.
The yellowish green stuff is the actual sod. its more in the middle of the pic. Its gonna take like 2 weeks total for it to attach into the ground.
It wont get bare from the dogs, they bought the high traffic stuff. All it does is turn it into actual grass. Without having to seed. had I seeded instead, we'd have bare patches. |

| Re: Thank doG for sod! Ummm Im not too too sure, but I believe what grows best out here is like bermuda grass or something. Its really nice though, its getting even greener and taller than that last pic! |
