Look before you leap! Neck pain.

We had to run some underground lines today in a trench between a house and its airplane hanger. After getting the trench to the required depth I basically launched myself out of it to get the conduit and other parts. Unfortunently I launched myself headfirst into the houses gas meter. I bit my tongue, kinked my neck pretty bad, not to mention the goose egg on top of my head, and got knocked on my butt.

Im predicting I will be waking up in the morning barely able to move my head, and scheadualling a chiropractic visit.

Ouch Some Calcium and Manesium will help, Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant and helps the body heal faster. Also takeing motrin every 6-8 hours will keep down the inflamation.

If you start having numbness, get to the hospital, you may have ruptured a disc and that's NOTHING to fool around with.
