| Pictures of the Hurricane hitting and mess... Here's a video of James and I driving through Boca Chica Street, one of the busiest streets... the water was almost 3 feet high... JEEPS ROCK!

I was just watching the news and they were talking about the hurricane so I had get on the DogForums to see if anyone has heard from you and lo and behold there were your pictures! The lagoon made it hard for people to get to the other side of the beach... this guy ended up staying there! When the tide came in, the water was in the middle of his doors...

A local guy tried to drive through some running water a couple years ago when the river flooded....not very high water, less then a foot.....they found his body a week later, several miles downstream  . I guess you could drive through standing water, though, as long as your car can do it without flooding. Their Jeep---fine. My Honda Civic---not so much  . |
