Any quilters? Picking a pattern!

I'm making a quilt for my grandparent's 50th anniversary. I made one for my mom and dad's 9th and they loved it. (I didn't get a pick of it after the quilting and binding, but here is the top: http://flickr.com/photos/jesirose/2278339581/)
The anniversary is in August so I have to start soon!

I am trying to pick a pattern. For colors I am thinking a cream/white, dusty rosy pink, and browns.

I started making a baby quilt with girly fabrics that I had from my grandma, but I hated doing it. I guess it would have been ok if just working with plain cotton quilting fabric, but I used some velours and velveteens and they're a b**** to sew....

I'm glad I'm having a boy so I have an excuse to not finish it. LOL!
