Years ago som'one did som'thing similar, a dog breeder got a phone call asking if they'd take a baby in exchange for a puppy. The breeder went along with it. Got the baby, gave them a puppy, then called the police and they were caught.

The guy who tried to sell his family on Ebay was funnier, I just felt this couple needed an honerable mention.

Someone posted a link on this forum to a person who was selling their child on Craigslist because they got a new puppy. Reason: the child would get in the way of the puppy's training.
